The ambitious card routine is a miracle of magic, tried and tested and proven.

The routine uses a myriad of moves to create an end result of a [signed] card repeatedly placed into the center of the pack and then rising to the top, apparently unstoppable.

The basic plot allows much creativity on the part of the magician: depending on the sleights and knowledge you have you can make the card suddenly disappear and reappear on the top of the deck, fly from the spectators hands, appear in your shoe, tear it, bend it, break it —– and still it rises to the occasion.

In early 2018, Will Tsai first showcased his In-the-air vanish in the SansMinds Creative Lab vlog. The method behind is not only as ingenious as the original, but the simpler set up also makes it extremely easy to get into the effect and perform. In the spring of 2005 Jay sent out a world-wide request for audition videos featuring original material from unknown magicians. In response, performers from more than a dozen countries submitted more than 200 tapes and dvds! From this mountain of submissions Jay and his team unanimously selected Joe Diamond, Eric Leclerc and Jeff Stone.

One card is shown, signed, torn and restored… in the most impossible way.
