Out Of This Zip Code by Erik Tait

The Full and Complete Work On Erik Tait’s Go-To Effect

There’s no question that Out Of This World is one of the strongest effects anyone can do with a borrowed deck of cards. While the deck is face down an audience member points to the backs of the cards which ones they think are red, and which ones are black. They are correct every single time. It’s been a reputation maker for many magicians, and now Erik Tait is tipping the full and complete work on a handling that he uses to wreck laypeople. This is Out Of This Zip Code by Erik Tait.

INK ON THE DECK by Juan Pablo

The Ink on The Deck“: imagine that a spectator freely chooses two cards from a deck, (for example the ace of hearts and the Six of Clubs) now the magician takes on his fingers some “invisible” ink from a marker and when passing his fingers over the edge of the deck of cards, the name of one of the chosen cards magically appears written, the “Ace of Hearts”!.

Now the magician makes a rifled with the deck of cards and the card that is written on the edge of the deck (the Ace of Hearts) is magically and visually transformed into the second chosen card the “Six of Clubs” and immediately the magician can show the deck of cards as a normal deck of cards! leaving clean at the end of the trick.

Table Passes by Troy Hooser

Troy Hooser's Table Passes - Troy Hooser - Vanishing Inc. Magic shop

After an extended hiatus from publishing magic, Troy Hooser is back. Long regarded as one of magic’s most elegant and creative thinkers, Troy Hooser reemerges on Vanishing Inc. and brings us a most unexpected treasure trove:

A whole collection of table passes! Move monkeys rejoice. This material is as exciting to learn as it is to watch. The sub-genre of table passes is a largely unexplored corner of sleight-of-hand. Essentially, you are nullifying a cut, or undoing someone’s cut (could be your own) in the act of squaring the cards or lifting them from a table.
